Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Order Processing

1. Discotag offers worldwide shipping, as well as the option to collect your order free of charge in Vilnius. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you via email within one working day to arrange it.


2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight of the order and the destination country.


3. All shipments are registered and initially handled by Lithuania Post until they leave the country. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Until the shipment departs from Lithuania, you can monitor its status here. Once it reaches the destination country, it will be transferred to that country’s national postal service, and further tracking will be available through their respective system.


4. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Indicative delivery times from the moment your order is shipped: 5-7 business days for Europe, 7-15 business days for the rest of the world.


5. Discotag processes orders on business days, following the placement of the order and confirmation of payment. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Pre-orders are processed and shipped upon the official release of the respective products.


6. Order processing and delivery times are indicative only. Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation, nor to the termination of the purchase agreement.


7. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you directly.

Returns

1. Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. Discotag reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items to determine whether a refund is warranted.


2. Any issues with damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt. All such reports should be submitted via email to: discotag@gmail.com


3. If an item is not delivered due to an error on Discotag’s part, the customer will be issued a full refund or offered a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


4. If an item is ordered in error, or is undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or because the local postal service was unable to complete the delivery, the customer will be refunded for the value of the items upon their return, but not for the shipping costs.
